Father Du's photo album

Father Du, of the Cao Xa Temple in the Tay Ninh province of South Vietnam presented a photo album to my father in 1967.  What follows are the photos.  Most have captions courtesy of Father Du and some do not.  The last two photos were not glued in as the others were but were pushed into the binding to hold them in place.  I found my father in three of the pictures.  How many did you find?
