Kenneth Linton Thomas

Died 22 November 1985 at Pomona, Los Angeles County, California

Kenneth was the elder of two sons born to George H. Thomas and Edith Thomas. He was raised at Phillipsburg where his father was a journeyman carpenter. In 1920, his father is recorded as widowed and Kenneth’s younger brother is not recorded in the household. Kenneth and his father had relocated to Newark, New Jersey by 1920 where his father was a carpenter. Kenneth relocated to Los Angeles, California by 1930 where he was first engaged as a retail music store clerk and later a gardener and caretaker at a Children’s Home. Kenneth married to Louise Frisbee Fisk on 29 March 1953 at Pomona. They made their home at 1461 South Park Avenue at that place where he was a custodian at Pomona College. Louise and Kenneth had no children. Kenneth was buried at Montecito Memorial Park at Colton, California. He was John More Association cousin #M59121 and the husband of my fourth cousin twice removed.
