Ellen was the daughter of Paul Wayne Brandenburg and Marian Irene Cronic Brandenburg. Ellen was born two months prematurely and lived only a couple of hours. At the time of her birth and death, her father was a crane operator with Colorado Fuel and Iron. Her mother was a third-grade teacher. Ellen was buried at Mountain View Cemetery. Her maternal grandparents, Solon Eugene Cronic and Helen Gould Secord Cronic, were later buried in this same cemetery. Ellen was John More Association Edward line cousin #857613 and my fifth cousin once removed.
