Jacquelyn Ann Miller LaRocque

Jacquelyn was the second of eight children born to Floyd Henry Miller and Nella Ada Coan Miller. She was raised at Bloomville, a hamlet in Kortright, New York, where her father was a salesman and cabinet maker. Jacquelyn was a graduate of South Kortright Central School where she was a member of Future Homemakers of America and Future Nurses Club. Jacquelyn married to Ronald Anthony LaRocque on 2 February 1963 at Saint Mary’s Church in Oneonta, New York. They made their home at Bloomville where her husband was the operator of LaRocque’s Service Station. Jacquelyn and Ronald were the parents of one child, Renee Sue LaRocque, who died at birth on 30 September 1965. The marriage ended in divorce and Jacquelyn did not marry again. She was my sixth cousin and John More Association John Line cousin #1412713. Jacquelyn was buried at Riverside Cemetery at Bloomville.
