Wayne was
the third of four children born to his parents. His family relocated to Walton,
New York and then, in 1965, to Unadilla, New York. Wayne was a student, and a member
of the Class of 1969, at Unadilla High School. He did not complete his senior year. Wayne died at Roswell
Park Memorial Institute after a lengthy illness. He was predeceased by a
brother, Richard Eugene Bullis. Wayne is buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery at
Sidney, as is his brother.
